• All works are original and were “created” by Israeli & international artists mainly from Greece, Ukraine, Russia, Holland, Italy, France and the U.K.

• A limited No. of works not singed might be reproductions painted by various artists (not prints).

Our policy / Terms of use for the office art website below:

• The office art website at www.officeart.co.il was established for the sale of paintings , sculptures and works of art and viewers are welcome to browse the site and purchase online or by calling us directly ,and subject to the terms of use and site policy .

• These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the purchasers and the owners of the office art site. The site owners reserve the right to change the terms & conditions of the site and the items presented at their sole discretion when they so decide /determine.

• The information and images and all presentations on the site constitute intellectual property of the site and may not be used without the prior written approval of the site.

• The artwork and content displayed on the site may not be copied and reproduced without the written consent of the owners.

• The site is responsible for the condition of the works displayed , except for the condition of the frames in the framed pictures.

• It is important to note that not all paintings are framed and in any case ,there is no charge for the frames, so if a frame is slightly damaged such damage will not constitute a breach of the purchase agreement and will not give the right for financial claim or refund.

• Number of paintings are not singed and, the site does not guarantee the originality of those works and it is possible that these are reproductions that were hand painted and in any case they are not prints.

• It is important to emphasize that the colors digitally displayed on screens may differ from the colors in the original work.

Payment Policy:

• Purchase approval on the website is subject to the prior receipt of approval from the credit company or receiving a bank approval for the transfer made.
• As long as no payment has been made and approved, the site may cancel the sale.

Shipping Policy:

• The works can be deliverd in Haifa and in some cases and subject to prior approval in Tel Aviv.

• Shipments in Israel will be made at the expense of the buyer and at buyers responsibility for paintings or sculptures priced at $ 2000 dollars or more, we recommend to use services of a transportation company with expertise in the field ,or come and collect the art works in person.

• Preparing a product for delivery can take up to 3 business days from the date payment was confirmed.

Refund Policy:

• If buyers request to return a painting or a sculpture, this can be done in accordance with the provisions of the law.

• Buyers will notify yuval@caspi1.com in writing of their wish to cancel the purchase, and the issue will be discussed over the phone.

• A product (sculpture or image) can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

• If the buyers request their money back, the site will charge a total of 5% of the purchase amount.

• If the paintings or sculpture has been damaged in the possession of the buyer, it will not be possible to cancel the purchase or get a refund.

• The site will act to the best of its ability to protect the buyers’ details, and maintain confidentiality, however no claim will be accepted, if a third parity managed to gain illegally access to the information on the site.

• Cookies may be used on the website.

• In the event of a legal proceedings between the purchasers and the site, the dispute will be referred to the court in Haifa.

• this site is for women and men even if part of the terminology refers to males.
